Bean sprouts in soup
Introduction:

Production steps:
Step 1: prepare ingredients: bean sprouts, salted eggs, dried mushroom meat.
Step 2: wash the bean sprouts and drain the water.
Step 3: heat the pan, add some oil, pour in the mushroom meat and saute until fragrant.
Step 4: add half a bowl of water and bring to a boil.
Step 5: pour in the bean sprouts and continue to boil for about 3 minutes.
Step 6: break the salted egg and crush the yolk with chopsticks.
Step 7: pour into the pan and cook over high heat for 1 minute.
Step 8: add salt, chicken powder, pepper, stir well, shovel up.

Bean sprouts: 400g
Mushroom minced meat: 80g
Salted egg: 1
Salt: right amount
Oil: right amount
Chicken powder: a little
Pepper: right amount
Note: the bean sprouts should be poured down when the water is boiling, so that the bean sprouts remain crisp and tender. Salted eggs are salty. Try the saltiness before adding salt.
