Introduction:

Production steps:
Step 1: break up the eggs and add salt to taste.
Step 2: add proper amount of oil into the pan and spread the eggs into the skin.
Step 3: cut the egg skin, carrot, ham sausage and cucumber into long strips.
Step 4: pour appropriate amount of sushi vinegar into the rice (sushi vinegar: vinegar + sugar, adjust according to personal preference)
Step 5: prepare a laver.
Step 6: spread the rice on the laver and leave some space around.
Step 7: put ham sausages, carrots, cucumbers and egg rinds on the rice, and then spread some meat floss.
Step 8: roll up the sushi curtain.
Step 9: cut into small pieces with a knife.
