Hot and Sour Meat wonton
Introduction:

Production steps:
Step 1: add salt, cooking wine, pepper, oyster sauce, 1 egg, soy sauce, onion, ginger, a little sesame oil into the minced pork, and add pepper water in several times.
Step 2: stir in one direction.
Step 3: add proper amount of water to the flour, and wake up for 30 minutes.
Step 4: roll the dough into large slices.
Step 5: cut into rhombic wonton skin.

Step 9: add wonton after boiling.

Note: the wonton skin should be rolled as thin as possible for good taste. If you feel more trouble, you can also go to the supermarket to buy wonton skin.
