Brown sugar choose yellow color, lighter color, finished product color will be very good-looking, dark brown sugar can also, taste basically the same, that is, the color will be deeper

Production steps:

Step 1: for the fresh garlic just on the market, choose the one with complete appearance, no damage and long braid, so that the garlic peeled out is clean

Step 2: peel off the coat first

Step 3: then cut off the garlic braid

Step 4: finally cut off the part of the root and leave a layer of coat. In order to be cleaner, peel it off. This layer may not be peeled. I like to peel it off

Step 5: peel the garlic completely and let it dry in a well ventilated place for about 2 hours

Step 7: Boil the vinegar and brown sugar together, let the sugar dissolve, and let cool

Step 8: put the peeled garlic into the pickled jar

Step 9: pour in the sugar and vinegar

Step 10: cover and marinate. You can eat it in about 20 days, but it will be a little spicy. If you marinate for a long time, it won't be spicy.

Step 11: this one has been pickled for 2 months. That's what the finished product looks like. It's not spicy at all. It's very delicious.

Materials required:

Fresh garlic: 3500g

White vinegar: 2000g

Brown sugar: 1500g

Salt: 100g

Note: 1. Fresh garlic just on the market is not dry, so we should do it when the new garlic is on the market. 2. The pickled jar should be clean without oil and water. 3. If the sweet and sour liquid can not submerge the garlic, you can add a little cold water, but the premise is that the acetic acid of the vinegar should be more than 4%, otherwise try to add sweet and sour liquid.
