Shen Shou art museum was built in 1992. It is located in the former site of Nantong County women workers' Training Center (the first embroidery school in China) by the beautiful Haohe River in Nantong. Zou Jiahua, vice chairman of the Chinese people's Congress, inscribed the name of the museum. The museum shows a group of historical photographs and embroidery objects of Shen Shou, a modern embroidery master in China, and introduces Shen Shou's artistic achievements and the embroidery essence of his disciples.
