Luzu altar is located on the east slope of Hancheng, Shaanxi Province. It is surrounded by mountains in the West and residential water in the south. It is high and has beautiful scenery.

The age of Architecture

The four steps of Lu Zu's altar and its courtyard are in accordance with the situation of the mountain. Built in the reign of emperor Suizhen of the Ming Dynasty, luzu altar covers an area of more than 4000 square meters.

Basic introduction

In August 1998, after a heavy rain, the wall broke, and an "ancient tree dragon root" appeared in front of people. The root is natural, the mouth of the bowl is thick and thin, with head, claws and scales, just like a dragon. Now it is well protected for people to watch.

Ancient cypress in hospital

In the third courtyard of luzu altar, there are eight ancient cypresses, which are arranged according to the directions of the eight trigrams. If you follow the prescribed route to complete the eight trigrams array, it's just the right step. If you often walk in the array, you can strengthen your body and prolong your life. There is a 3-meter Pagoda in the southeast of the courtyard, which is the oldest building in the altar. It is said that it was built in the Guangxu period to commemorate the then Taoist priest Baiqu.

Tour experience

Four into the courtyard of Putian tower about 3 Zhang high, a total of three floors, also known as Juxian Pavilion, is the meeting place of eight immortals such as LV Dongbin. There are two couplets on both sides of the pavilion. When you look up from Putian tower, you can have a panoramic view of the temple and Hancheng, which makes you feel fresh and relaxed.
