Guilin rice noodles with mixed broccoli and fresh mushrooms
Introduction:

Production steps:
Step 1: dry powder bought on TB. After boiling, add flour and cook for 7 or 8 minutes. Stir until soft. Rinse with cold water and soak in cold water.
Step 2: cut the carrot well
Step 3: prepare three kinds of fresh mushrooms
Step 4: after boiling the water in the pot, add fresh mushrooms to boil, then carrot and broccoli.
Step 5: add the nongtangbao (I use Jiale nongtangbao) and add some old Ganma. When the soup is boiling, pour in the rice noodles. The rice noodles should not be added too early because they have been cooked soft before.
