Potato salted crispy cake

Potato salted crispy cake

Introduction:

Production steps:

Step 1: mix all the above materials and knead them into a ball

Step 2: flatten the potato dough on the plastic film, and then roll it into a rectangular thin skin of about 3mm

Step 3: cut into neat small pieces of the same size, and then put them on the baking tray with tin foil or oil paper (because the oil will come out when you add salad oil, so I personally think oil paper will be better)

Step 4: preheat the oven at 170 ℃, bake in the middle layer for about 20 minutes, and then adjust the temperature to 150 ℃ for 5 minutes. Finally, watch the oven and don't scorch

Materials required:

Mashed potatoes: 200g (mashed potatoes peeled and cooked)

Potato starch: 60g

Salad oil: 30g

Pepper: some

Salt: some

Note: I use boiled potatoes, feel more water, knead into a ball after cut, hand can't pick up very easy to break, so I don't know if steamed potatoes will be better..

Production difficulty: ordinary

Process: Baking

Production time: one hour

Taste: salty and sweet
