Production steps:
Step 1: put 20g egg yolk, milk, edible oil, salt and sugar into the basin
Step 2: put the egg white into a basin without oil and water
Step 3: beat the egg white with electric beater for a few seconds and squeeze in a few drops of lemon juice
Step 4: put 50g sugar into the cream three times to make it hard
Step 5: mix the yolk and other ingredients in the yolk bowl evenly with the electric egg beater
Step 6: put in the sifted low gluten flour and stir well
Step 7: add one third of the protein cream to the egg yolk paste, and stir it in a cutting way
Step 8: mix well, then pour into the protein cream basin, continue to cut and stir well
Step 9: pour the cake paste into the inner pan and close the outer cover
Step 10: press the "function selection" button to select "cake"
Step 11: set the cooking time to 60 minutes, then press the "on" button
Step 12: after the buzzer rings, it means that the cake has been baked. Press the "off / cancel" button
Step 13: open the cover
Step 14: turn the cake upside down on the shelf and sprinkle heat
Step 15: cool down and cut into pieces~~
