Production steps:
Step 1: clean up the crucian carp, control the dry water, evenly spread the salt on both sides of the fish, add the right amount of cooking wine and marinate for 10 minutes.
Step 2: cut the tofu into triangles or cubes, put it into boiling water and blanch it with salt for two minutes (the tofu is not easy to disperse), then take it out and set it aside.
