Cucumber in coir raincoat -- an indispensable dish in summer
Introduction:
"It's appetizing and easy to make. It's especially suitable for this season. You can try it."
Production steps:
Step 1: clean the cucumber first, and add appropriate amount of salt into the water when washing.
Step 2: salt water has the function of disinfection and sterilization, but the washing time should not be too long.
Step 3: put the washed cucumber on the cutting board and put a chopstick on each side (as shown in the picture). Clamp when cutting.
Step 4: start from one end and cut in the same direction at an angle of 45 degrees (the shorter the distance between each knife, the better the cutting effect). Because there are chopsticks under it, it will not be cut off.
Step 5: after cutting one end, turn the cucumber over 180 degrees and cut it obliquely in the same way.
Step 6: ha ha, look at the effect. My daughter helps me take pictures.
Step 7: put the cut cucumber into a clean basin, add appropriate amount of salt, daub evenly with hands, marinate for 20 minutes.
Step 8: when marinating cucumbers, start frying chili oil.
After the pot is hot, add proper amount of cooking oil. After it is warm, add pepper (you can put more if you like spicy), stir fry it, turn off the heat after the pepper changes color. Let it cool.
Step 9: after marinating the cucumber for 20 minutes, pour out the water, squeeze it again, take it out and put it into the plate. Add salt according to your taste.
Step 10: Sprinkle with sugar and pour in white vinegar evenly.
Step 11: pour in the chilling oil.
Step 12: seal with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 2 or 3 hours. Take it out when you eat it. It tastes delicious.
It tastes better if you refrigerate overnight!
