Introduction:

Production steps:

Step 1: Chop sour beans, coriander and scallion, dilute Mapo bean curd sauce with half a bowl of water, add three tbsp water to make thickening water.
Heat the pot first, put a little oil into the pot. Before the oil is hot, put the bean curd in the pot and oil it. When the skin turns golden yellow, start the pot and put the bean curd on the plate. Don't pour the oil out of the pot.

Step 2: saute the minced meat with the remaining oil, and then stir fry the sour beans together. After two minutes, pour the diluted water of Mapo Tofu into the pot and boil it. After about one minute, thicken it with cornstarch water. When the juice is thick, put the coriander and scallion in it. Start the pot 30 seconds later.

Step 3: pour sour beans into tofu. You can eat it on the table

Materials required:

Sour beans: 5

Tofu: 500g

Feiwuhua minced meat: 50g

Coriander: one

Chives: one

Mapo Tofu sauce: 1 tbsp

Raw meal: 1 tbsp

Note: sour beans are a side dish. Don't put too much.
