HUICAI: kudzu powder and Yuanzi
Introduction:
"Gefen Yuanzi is a delicious food that Huizhou people have inherited for nearly a thousand years. The mountainous area of Huizhou is rich in Pueraria, which is cool in nature and sweet in taste. The powder produced by pueraria root pressing is also known as pueraria powder and Shanfen. It is commonly used to make snacks in Huizhou
Production steps:
Step 1: peel and chop the pork and chop it into a rice sized stuffing with a knife.
Step 2: soak the soaked Agrocybe aegerita, dry the water, dried beans and bacon, and cut them into small pieces for preparation.
Step 3: stir the kudzu powder into paste with cold water.
Step 4: put the pot on the heat, pour in Diced Pork, dried bean, tree mushroom, bacon, add soup, salt, chicken powder, ginger, sugar, mix well, stir over medium heat, pour in proper amount of edible oil while stir.
Step 5: pour the paste into the filling slowly.
Step 6: stir fry until well done, remove.
Step 7: stir fry until the kudzu powder is transparent, take the pot, while hot, rub into a round, and then roll on a layer of kudzu powder.
Step 8: put the prepared kudzu powder into the steamer and steam for 8 minutes.
Step 9: Sprinkle with chives, cover and steam for 1-2 minutes.
