Especially from autumn to winter, octopus has the most delicious taste and various eating methods. It is recorded in the book "fish spectrum of Zishan" written by Ding ruoquan, which records aquatic products: "octopus is white and delicious. It can be used as sashimi, soup or preserved meat.
