Introduction:

Production steps:
Step 1: pick the bitter wheat and wash it. Peel the minced garlic and wash.
Step 2: wash the bitter wheat and cut it into 5cm thick sections, flatten and chop the garlic.
Step 3: heat the oil in the pan and stir fry the garlic.
Step 4: pour in the bitter wheat and stir fry.
Step 5: stir fry with salt.
Step 6: add proper amount of lard before boiling, stir well.

Lard: right amount
