Stewed spareribs with chestnuts
Introduction:

Production steps:
Step 1: chop the spareribs into 5cm sections, put them in the pot in cold water, bring them to a boil, blanch them for 3 minutes, remove and wash the blood foam;
Step 2: cut raw chestnuts into crosscuts, boil them in hot water for 5 minutes, rinse and peel off the chestnuts;
Step 3: pour the oil into the pot and put in the processed main ingredients, seasoning and water;
Step 4: cover the pot and start the Wuxi Pai function (other models can use the braised pork function);
Step 5: after cooking, stir the ingredients in the pot and the remaining soup evenly.

Note: 1, chestnut skin will be very good after boiling; 2, stir gently when out of the pot, so as to avoid chestnut broken.
