Production steps:
Step 1: cut the bean curd into three centimeter cubes, blanch it in a boiling water pan, and drain it.
Step 2: fry in 180 degree oil pan.
Step 3: fry until golden and remove.
Step 4: add cooking wine, soy sauce, green onion, black fungus and other materials into the meat filling. I used the leftover wonton stuffing.
Step 5: use a knife to cut a small square in the middle of the oily tofu, and use a small spoon to empty it.
Step 6: fill in the filling.
Step 7: add proper amount of water to the pot, add a little salt and chicken essence, bring to a boil over high heat, and then turn to medium heat.
Step 8: cut the rape into four parts from the root and slice the ham sausage.
