Production steps:
Step 1: spread tin foil on the baking tray and sprinkle with honey red beans.
Step 2: mix low powder, Matcha powder and baking powder evenly and sift twice.
Step 3: separate the egg yolk, add 20 grams of sugar into the yolk, beat it with the beater until it is slightly enlarged and the color becomes lighter.
Step 4: add corn oil in three times, stir evenly, beat until thick each time, and then add.
Step 5: add low powder Matcha powder into the baking powder.

Step 7: add 60 grams of sugar in three times, beat the protein to the extent of pulling out the curved sharp corner and wet foaming.
Step 8: add the protein into the yolk paste in three times and mix well.
Step 9: pour the batter into the baking pan and smooth as much as possible. Tap on the bottom of the baking pan to shake out bubbles. Put into the preheated oven, 160 degrees, bake about 20 minutes.
Step 10: prepare a new oil paper, invert the cake and tear off the tin foil while it is hot.
Step 11: spread blueberry sauce on the side without red beans.
Step 12: roll tightly, refrigerate for half an hour, then cut and enjoy.
