Introduction:

Production steps:
Step 1: prepare all the ingredients.
Step 2: wash the fresh river shrimp and cut off the shrimp whiskers.
Step 3: add appropriate amount of water into the soup pot, add onion, ginger, cooking wine, seasoning, pepper and boil.
Step 4: pour in the shrimp and cook for 2 minutes.
Step 5: add salt and cook for 3 minutes.

Note: brine shrimp must use fresh river shrimp to do, in order to have a fresh and tender taste. Don't add more ingredients and pepper, just a little to improve the taste, so as not to cover up the delicious taste of river shrimp. Simmer in salt water for 10-15 minutes and let the shrimp taste delicious.
