Almond with turnip moss
Introduction:
"If you can't sell all the radishes in the field, they will sprout and blossom. The sprouted radishes are old and hollow and can't be eaten any more. We all like to use peanuts to mix with them here. Unfortunately, after buying them in the morning, we found that the peanuts at home had been eaten. We rummaged through the cupboard and found some almonds, so we roasted almonds instead of peanuts."
Production steps:
Step 1: put the almonds in the oven, take them out and cool them, then put them into the fresh-keeping bag and roll them with a rolling pin.
Step 2: put the pepper in the frying pan, stir fry slowly over low heat until it is red, then let it cool.
Step 3: mash the chilli in the garlic mortar.
Step 4: wash the old stems and leaves of radish moss in water.
Step 5: put the washed turnip moss into the boiling water pot and blanch for one minute, then take it out for a shower.
Step 6: put the radish moss on the chopping board and chop it.
Step 7: wash coriander and cut into sections, peel garlic and chop into mud.
Step 8: put the cut turnip moss into a big bowl and add coriander, mashed garlic and soy sauce.
Step 9: add salt and paste, mix well.
Step 10: add the mashed almonds, mix well and serve.

Note: 1, turnip moss blanching time should not be too long, in order to avoid the color of the dish is not good-looking yellow. 2. The amount of paste chili powder is put according to personal taste.
