Production steps:
Step 1: cut tofu into cubes and mushrooms into slices.
Step 2: wash off the shell residue with oyster juice.
Step 3: put a little oil in the pot, add garlic slices and stir fry until fragrant.

Step 5: add tofu and stew with water and salt.
Step 6: bring to a boil and simmer for another five minutes. Add the oysters.
Step 7: bring to a boil.
