Production steps:
Step 1: wash the cowpea and cut it into proper length.
Step 2: cut the mustard a little short.
Step 3: put proper amount of oil in the pot, add cowpea and stir fry first.
Step 4: when the cowpea changes color, add the cabbage and stir fry together.
Step 5: stir fry cowpeas and sauerkraut evenly and thoroughly.
Step 6: add proper amount of water and cook.

Cowpea: 300g
Sauerkraut: 50g
Vegetable oil: right amount
Note: the sauerkraut is already salty, so there is no need to put salt.
