Braised feet with Qin seed
Introduction:
Production steps:
Step 1: wash the pig's hoof, put it into the water, pour it out, wash and drain;
Step 2: prepare the ingredients;
Step 3: add oil to the pot and heat it;
Step 4: add white sugar to stir fry the sugar color (it's better to use rock sugar, but not at home for the time being);
Step 5: stir fry until slightly scorched;
Step 6: add pig's feet and stir fry;
Step 7: stir fry until colored, add the prepared ingredients (onion, ginger, pepper, Zanthoxylum, star anise), add some soy sauce and rice wine, and stir fry for a while;
Step 8: add the pig's hoof, bring to a boil over high heat, add the pickled mushrooms and turn to low heat;
Step 9: once the pig's hoof is really cooked, it can be easily poked through with chopsticks. I like to eat something rotten, so I simmered for two hours, adding some boiled water when the water in the middle is about to dry;
Step 10: finally collect the juice over high heat, take it out of the pot and sprinkle with shallots.
