Braised spareribs with soy sauce by microwave
Introduction:
"This dish was originally intended to be steamed in a steamer after it was salted, but the stove was occupied at home, and I was anxious to have a meal, so I went into the microwave oven and made something similar to roast spareribs. The prepared spareribs are slightly chewy compared with the steamed ones. The soup is evaporated and dry. It's quite refreshing to eat with it. The flavor of Douchi and oyster sauce completely permeates into the spareribs, which is salty, fresh and delicious. "
Production steps:
Step 1: wash the spareribs and marinate them with oyster sauce, cooking wine, peanut oil and Douchi for more than 20 minutes.
Step 2: put the marinated spareribs into microwave utensils, cover them with preservative film, and prick some small holes with toothpick.
Step 3: put it in the microwave oven for five minutes and five minutes. Microwave it with high heat for four times. Take it out each time and turn it over to make it taste even.
