Leek box
Introduction:
"Last week, I was lucky enough to eat my classmates' mother's love leek box, which reminds me of all kinds of pasta I haven't seen for a long time. So I made oil cake, pie, steamed bread and Mahua. It's the turn of the leek box this afternoon
Production steps:
Step 1: put the flour into the container, add a little water, stir the flour with chopsticks, wait until most of the flour becomes flocculent, stop adding water, knead all the flour into a uniform and soft dough (about 5 minutes), and wrap it with plastic film.
Step 2: soak the vermicelli in hot water; < br > wash the leek and chop it up; < br > mix two eggs to make two egg skins and chop them up (you can also fry them up, but you need more oil, so it's better to eat less); < br > after the vermicelli are softened, chop them up, mix them with leek, egg, shrimp skin, sesame oil, pepper oil and vegetable oil, taste the filling and add salt according to your taste.
Step 3: divide all dough into 5 ingredients; < br > put a little flour on the panel and roll one ingredient at a time.
Step 4: judge the size of the rolled dough according to the diameter of the bottom of the pot. The diameter should not exceed the diameter of the bottom of the pot, but the corner of the box may break when soldering. At the same time, the dough should not be too thin, otherwise the stuffing will break as soon as it is added.
Step 5: put stuffing in half of the dough, and pay attention to the side.
Step 6: fold the other half over and cover it into a box. Press the curved edge tightly.
Step 7: press the plate along the bend.
Step 8: cut the edge and put it in the next dose (pay attention to the last dose as far as possible when rolling round, so that the curved edge can be pressed directly by hand, there will be no noodles left).
Step 9: don't put oil into the pan, turn on medium heat (I use electric stove, if it's a gas stove, medium heat will do), and make both sides golden.
Step 10: add the long refrigerated Laba garlic... Dinner begins...
