Braised small yellow croaker

Introduction:

Production steps:

Step 1: let the shop owner kill the small yellow croaker and take it home to wash and drain.

Step 2: cut ginger, garlic and pepper well.

Step 3: pat the dried yellow croaker with flour.

Step 4: pour proper amount of oil into the pot and put the fish in. Don't turn the fish over immediately. Don't turn the fish over until the side of the fish is golden, otherwise it will break the skin!

Step 5: fry the fish and drain the oil.

Step 6: add 2 tbsp cooking wine, 1 tbsp soy sauce, half tbsp sugar, 1 tbsp salt, half tbsp vinegar and right amount of white pepper into the bowl! The floating object in my picture is white pepper.

Step 7: saute ginger, garlic and pepper in oil pan, then add the fried fish.

Step 8: pour in the sauce, cover and simmer for 3 minutes!

Step 9: for finished products, < br > add some scallions. If you don't have them at home, you can't put them.

Note: when buying fish, the belly of small yellow croaker is golden, which means the fresher it is!
