Red bean mixed rice dumplings
Introduction:

Production steps:
Step 1: wash glutinous rice, black rice, oats and cornflakes and soak them in cold water for more than 4 hours.
Step 2: soak red beans in hot water.
Step 3: wash and soak the jujube in hot water.
Step 4: pour the red beans and glutinous rice together and mix well.
Step 5: rice dumpling leaves nest into a tube.
Step 6: put in the soaked glutinous rice and jujube.
Step 7: wrap the glutinous rice with Zongye. My aim is to wrap the rice without leaking_ ∩)O~。
Step 8: tie the wrapped rice dumplings with ropes.
Step 9: put the rice dumplings into the non boiling pot, pour in the water without rice dumplings, boil them, put them in the heat preservation tank for more than 3 hours, and the rice dumplings will be cooked.

Note: I think it's very suitable to cook zongzi in a non boiling pan. It's very gas-saving. It's OK when zongzi is boiled. It doesn't need to be boiled for an hour or two.
