Steamed three samples
Introduction:
"Every autumn, we buy some mustard pimples (we call them Yugen pimples in the North), wash them, marinate them with salt, dry them in the next year, and then steam or fry them with water. It's very delicious. Yugen pimple is a pickle we all like to eat. Most people will buy some, and I am no exception. Last autumn, I bought more than 30 jin. I pickled it for a whole winter. A few days ago, I took it out to dry. I soaked it in water for a day. When it was soft, I could cook and eat it. It's very biting. It's steamed with soybeans and skin. It's just like eating meat. It's a meal we all like. "
