Production steps:
Step 1: high powder and water.
Step 2: add 20g high flour and 100g clear water into a small pot, stir well.

Step 8: after 20 minutes, press the start / stop button to stop the dough blending process, and add butter softened at room temperature.
Step 9: set the "sweet bread" program of the bread machine (my bread machine program is 5), select the weight of 750 grams, select the color of "medium", the time is 2:50 minutes, press the start / stop key to start. (the picture shows the fermented dough)
Step 10: don't worry about anything. When all the procedures are completed, the bread machine will make a "drip" sound, and it will be OK.
Step 11: hot bread coming out! I can't wait to cool, so I broke it off and tasted it. The skin is crisp and the inside is soft. It's great!
