Fried sauce with wild bamboo shoots and minced meat

Introduction:

Production steps:

Step 1: wash all the ingredients, dice the bamboo shoots in water, dice the carrots, dice the dried meat, dice the fat and lean meat separately, and set aside; chop the ginger, garlic and scallion, and set aside the green pepper.

Step 2: make a bowl of homemade Laoganma sauce.

Step 3: 1 teaspoon of sweet flour sauce.

Step 4: fried sesame.

Step 5: heat the pot and pour in the Diced Pork.

Step 6: stir fried diced fat until golden and oily.

Step 7: pour in diced lean meat and pepper ring with minced ginger and garlic.

Step 8: saute the minced ginger and garlic until the lean meat is reduced and discolored.

Step 9: pour in Laoganma sauce and sweet flour sauce in turn.

Step 10: stir well and color, add a little Jinlan soy sauce and stir fry for about 1 minute.

Step 11: pour in diced wild bamboo shoots, diced carrots and diced dried incense in turn and stir fry for 1 minute.

Step 12: add a bowl of water and bring to a boil over high heat. Turn to low heat and simmer until carrot is tender.

Step 13: Uncover and sprinkle with fried white sesame.

Step 14: Sprinkle with scallions. (drizzle some sesame oil when you start the pot. My sesame oil is a bucket from my hometown. I can't take pictures with it!)
