Introduction:

Production steps:

Step 1: lean meat, ginger, garlic, Chinese prickly ash (forgot to shoot), pickled pepper (own bubble).

Step 2: shred the lean meat, grasp with salt and starch, marinate for 10 minutes.

Step 3: Boil the water in the pan.

Step 4: after boiling, pour the lean meat into the boiling water and cut it.

Step 5: when you see the discoloration of the meat, you can take it out. Don't cook it too long.

Step 6: take it out and set it aside.

Step 7: heat the oil in the pan.

Step 8: stir fry pickled peppers, ginger, garlic and pepper.

Step 9: pour the meat into the pan and fry it.

Step 10: add chicken essence, a little salt (it's better to taste it, if the salt is enough, you don't need to add it) and stir fry.

Step 11: finally add some soy sauce, stir fry evenly, out of the pot.

Pickled pepper: right amount

Starch: right amount

Zanthoxylum bungeanum: right amount

Salt: right amount

Soy sauce: moderate

Chicken essence: appropriate amount

Proper amount of oil

Note: fried time should not exceed 5 minutes, three minutes should be able to do it!! It's better to use a non stick pot. The iron pot will stick to the pot.
