Production steps:

Step 1: cut the fresh chicken gizzard into small pieces for use.

Step 2: boil some water in the pot, drop a few drops of cooking wine, put chicken gizzards into the pot after boiling for one minute, then remove the fishy smell.

Step 3: cut the lettuce into small pieces, dry pepper and pickled pepper into small pieces.
