Introduction:

"In the past, when I didn't like cooking, my husband often took me to Korean restaurants for dinner. I especially love their Porphyra rice and pickle soup. Now I have learned how to do it myself. It's not difficult, ha ha."

Production steps:

Step 1: prepare ingredients: cucumber, carrot, lettuce, egg, ham.

Step 2: cut the cucumber and carrot into long strips.

Step 3: fry the carrots in advance.

Step 4: fry eggs into omelets.

Step 5: cut ham and omelet into strips.

Step 6: take an empty bowl and pour in 30ml white vinegar.

Step 7: add 10g sugar to the white vinegar.

Step 8: put the white vinegar into the pot and heat it to bubble.

Step 9: when the rice is warm, add the cooked white vinegar and stir well.

Step 10: take a piece of laver and spread the rice evenly.

Step 11: spread lettuce, cucumber, egg rind, ham, carrot in turn, roll up and pinch tightly.

Step 12: cut the rolled rice bun and eat it.

Porphyra: 3 pieces

Rice: 200g

Cucumber: 1

Lettuce: 1

Egg: 1

Ham: 2 slices

Rice vinegar: 30ml

Sugar: 10g

Note: when rolling, roll up the laver with a little force, and don't break the laver.
