Production steps:
Step 1: wash the pear, remove the core and cut into large pieces, soak the tremella with water, remove the root and tear it into small pieces, wash the wolfberry and set aside.
Step 2: add water in the pot, don't add too much, add pear, tremella and medlar, bring to a boil, then turn to low heat and cook until one-third of the water is enough. Finally, add the right amount of rock sugar to taste.
