Production steps:
Step 1: after the chicken feet fly into the water, put on the oil and soak them in water for more than 10 hours until the skin of chicken feet expands.
Step 2: prepare broccoli, ginger and onion.
Step 3: split the chicken feet in a deep bowl.
Step 4: treat the broccoli into small flowers, soak them in light salt water and clean them for standby.

Step 6: steam in boiling water for 50 minutes.
