Introduction:

Production steps:

Step 1: cook the fresh bamboo shoots in the soup, remove and cut them into pieces, and prepare the soup.

Step 2: saute mushrooms and shrimps until fragrant, add bamboo shoots, soy sauce, sugar and salt and stir well.
