Sauteed Lettuce in Oyster Sauce
Introduction:
"When I cook vegetables, I always like to fry them into sweet and sour. Even if I learn to cook lettuce with oyster sauce, I often spray some vinegar and sprinkle some sugar when I come out of the pot. According to my taste, I can avoid this step."
Production steps:
Step 1: wash the round lettuce and tear one leaf by hand. You can also tear one leaf into two pieces according to your personal preference. After frying, you can eat it well.
Step 2: heat the frying pan and pour in the cooking oil. After the oil is heated, add the onion, ginger and garlic to the frying pan.
Step 3: pour in the lettuce and stir fry. The fire should be big and stir fry.
Step 4: add pepper noodles, oyster sauce and salt. Lettuce is easy to cook, a little soft, immediately add sugar, vinegar.
Step 5: lettuce leaves soften and will be out of the pot. It doesn't need to be fried for a long time. Basically, once the seasoning is in the pot, it should be cooked.
