Production steps:
Step 1: wash the mushrooms with salt and water, then drain. Since the exposure of the mushroom bleaching incident, the surface of the mushrooms bought in the supermarket is not white, and they are not as beautiful as before, but we still need to eat healthy things. What's the use of just looking good.
Step 2: cut the dried mushrooms into slices.
Step 3: cut the garlic seedling into sections and slice the ginger for standby.
Step 4: slice the bacon. Try to choose the fatter one when you choose the bacon, so that it will smell delicious. I only used half the bacon in the picture.
Step 5: heat a little in an empty pan, stir fry the bacon and add oil.
Step 6: if you like to eat dry food, you need more time. After the bacon is fried, put it in a bowl. Because the bacon has salt, the mushrooms should be fried separately and put in salt.
Step 7: add salad oil to the pan (don't put too much oil, because there is a little oil when the meat is just fried), stir fry ginger slices until fragrant, and then stir fry the mushrooms until the water shrinks, then add appropriate amount of salt.
Step 8: add garlic sprouts and bacon and stir fry for 1 minute.
