Production steps:
Step 1: wash the zucchini, remove the flesh and slice for later use.
Step 2: wash the tomatoes and cut into small pieces.
Step 3: slice the garlic and set aside.
Step 4: heat up the pan with a little peanut oil, then add garlic and saute until fragrant.
Step 5: smell the garlic, put in the cut zucchini, stir fry over high heat.
Step 6: when the zucchini collapses slightly, add the cut tomatoes, add a little salt to taste, and stir fry over high heat.
Step 7: after the tomatoes become soft, add a little water to the pot and turn down the heat for two minutes.

Peanut oil: right amount
Note: usually I use two tomatoes to fry, today because there is only one tomato left, so I add a little water to the pot at the end. In this way, in the stuffy process, Chinese and Western gourds have been soaked in tomato soup, which is more convenient to taste.
