Production steps:

Step 3: form a funnel shape from the middle of the two blades. Pay attention to the small hole below. It is used for drainage, so it must be reserved
Step 4: turn it over and you can see a clear hole. If the hole is too big, the rice will leak out. If it is too small, the water will not drain out
Step 5: when making the dumpling, add the soaked rice and the ingredients you want to put in, such as dates, beans, meat, etc., and then cover the bottom with the cover of the extra part of the zongzi leaf and tie it tightly with a rope. Be sure to tie it tightly, otherwise when cooking
Step 6: Cooking zongzi is a long time job. If you use a pressure cooker, it only takes about 30 minutes. If it is an ordinary cooker, it takes 2 to 3 hours to cook.
