Production steps:

Step 3: 3. Put the required amount into the mounting bag, and draw the outline of the biscuit with the round mouth. (Figure 3)

Step 4: 4. Take a small amount of sugar cream, use toothpick to drop a few drops of pure water, dilute to a flowing state, and stir evenly. (Figure 4)

Step 5: 5. Spoon the diluted frosting into the middle of the biscuit. (Figure 5)

Step 6: 6. Remove the frosting with a toothpick to fill the gap and let it dry. (Figure 6)

Step 7: 7. Icing color, repeat 3-6 steps to complete the biscuit bottom. (Figure 7)

Step 8: 8. Draw lines on the surface of the biscuit with undiluted icing sugar and dry it. (Figure 8)

Sugar powder: 250g

Eggs: 3

Lemon juice: right amount

Biscuit bottom: right amount

Pigment: appropriate amount

Note: tea experience: pay attention to add water drop by drop when diluting the icing sugar, otherwise it is easy to add more. If you accidentally add more, add some sugar powder and stir it to your desired state.
