Production steps:
Step 1: clean the keel, put a few prickly ash in the pot, and blanch the water.
Step 2: put ginger, water, soybeans and keel into the pressure cooker and bring to a boil.
Step 3: cut the wax gourd and balsam pear into pieces.
Step 4: put wax gourd, balsam pear and a small amount of water in casserole, bring to a boil over low heat.
Step 5: pour all the ingredients into the casserole.
Step 6: cook over low heat for one hour, then put salt into the pot.
