Purple sweet potato Sago
Introduction:

Production steps:
Step 1: put the sago into a casserole, add water and bring to a boil (stir with a spoon until the sago is transparent, about 10 minutes).
Step 2: rinse the cooked sago with cold water and set aside.
Step 3: pretreat the purple potato, cut it into small pieces, boil a pot of water, add the purple potato after boiling, simmer for 15min, filter the water in the pot, and soak the purple potato in the water for standby.
Step 4: add proper amount of water, rock sugar and half a teaspoon sugar to the pot and cook.
After boiling, add sago, purple potato, and stir, then add coconut milk, egg milk, starch solution.
Materials required:
Sago: 200g
Purple potato: 180g
Rock sugar: 120g
Coconut milk: 200g
Egg milk: 100g
Precautions: 1. Purple potato is suitable to be watered for many times. When I made it, I repeated it for 4 times. This is mainly for the sake of making a good-looking soup, otherwise it will be very purple and a bit scary. 2. Use cold water to prevent the cooked sago from sticking together
