Production steps:
Step 1: slice the 5 cm long scallion, garlic, chive, red pepper and green pepper into their own shapes.
Step 2: slice the white mushroom.
Step 3: remove the oil from the pan and add the green onion, garlic, green pepper and red pepper.
Step 4: saute and add mushrooms.
Step 5: stir in soy sauce, oyster sauce and salt.
