Production steps:
Step 1: prepare all the materials and dissolve the salt free butter in water.
Step 2: stir the whole egg with sugar until sugar dissolves. (can be heated by warm water)
Step 3: sift the batter into low gluten flour and baking powder, and stir until there are no granules.
Step 4: add maple sugar several times, stir and fuse, and then add melted salt free butter several times. Be sure to mix well.
Step 5: put the batter into the flower mounting bag, seal it and put it in the refrigerator for half an hour.
Step 6: oil the mold, then sprinkle some flour, and pour out the excess floating powder (the powder in the picture is not enough!). Preheat oven at 180 ℃ for 10 minutes.
Step 7: squeeze the batter into the mold and bake in the oven (180 ℃) for 12-15 minutes.
Step 8: husband prefers the original flavor, but if you like, you can stick some white chocolate and sprinkle with black chocolate chips and nuts. It's delicious. Eat while it's hot~

Note: I don't recommend using honey instead of maple sugar, because honey is easy to burn and the color is not as good-looking as maple sugar. Ma Yun's family sells maple sugar, which is not very expensive, so they can buy it back.
