Production steps:
Step 1: take the middle part of Pleurotus eryngii.
Step 2: wash the sausage and set aside.
Step 3: wash a small amount of leeks and set aside.
Step 4: cut apricot mushroom into 1 cm cubes.
Step 5: cut the sausage into 1 cm small pieces.
Step 6: cut leeks into 1 cm segments.
Step 7: prepare onion, ginger and garlic.
