Production steps:

Step 1: white soft dry cleaning, drain water, use kitchen paper to absorb water from the surface, cut in half.

Step 2: put proper amount of oil in the frying pan, heat it, and fry the white, soft and dry ingredients.

Step 3: fry until golden skin is crisp, then take out the pot and set aside.

Step 4: wash the frying pan, pour in the marinade, add onion, ginger and garlic, and cook for 5 minutes. Because there is less marinade this time, I added water. In order to prevent the taste from being too light, I added some pepper, pepper and marinade.

Step 5: put the fried tofu into the pot and boil it. Turn down the heat and cook for about 10 minutes.

Step 6: turn off the fire and let the tofu soak for 12 hours.

Step 7: take out the soaked tofu and slice it.

Step 8: fried, fried tofu side dishes can be set according to their own preferences, this time I use home-made materials: onion and pepper, cut in accordance with their favorite way.

Step 9: put a little oil in the frying pan and stir fry the side dishes until fragrant.

Step 10: add soy sauce, sugar, a little salt and chicken essence, stir well.

Step 11: pour in the marinated tofu and stir well.
