Chicken balls with mushrooms
Introduction:
"I often learn to cook here. I'm ashamed. I don't have much good experience to introduce. I've made chicken balls several times recently, and I think it's OK. Share with you. "
Production steps:
Step 1: fat right amount, a coriander, a mushroom.
Step 2: dice chicken breast, mix with a little soda and water, it's too hot, put it in the refrigerator, I put it for an hour. Then rinse it with water and filter it out. (it doesn't need to be very dry) < br > < br > fat and dice (it happens that there is minced pork at home, so I dig out the fat, so I don't have to buy fat specially).
Step 3: chop the coriander and mushroom separately (as shown in the picture).
Step 4: put chicken breast and pork fat (surimi) into blender to make surimi.
Step 5: pour in a container, add salt, pepper, MSG, water, starch and a little sugar. Stir in one direction until strong (if it feels very thick, add appropriate amount of water) < br > pour in coriander and mushroom powder and mix well.
Step 6: Boil half a pot of water. When it's about to boil, grab the minced meat with your left hand, squeeze out the meatballs, and scoop them into the water one by one with your right hand. All right, it's done.
Materials required:

Note: if you do not put coriander, mushrooms, you can put onion ginger water (onion ginger flavor to be a little stronger), it has the feeling of fish balls. The point is that the water should be a little more, not too thick.
