Sweet potato and corn balls

Production steps:
Step 1: About 500g of sweet potato remains after steaming.
Step 2: peel the sweet potato.
Step 3: wash the corn kernels and blanch them in boiling water for 3 minutes.
Step 4: remove and drain the water.
Step 5: use a paper towel to dry.
Step 6: beat sugar, flour, bread crumbs and eggs well.
Step 7: mash sweet potato into mud, add sugar and corn kernels, and mix well.
Step 8: ball the sweet potato paste.
Step 9: evenly dip in a layer of flour, eggs and bread crumbs.
Step 10: heat the pan, add 50% or 60% heat of corn oil, and fry in sweet potato corn balls for 3 minutes.
Step 11: turn to the fire and fry until golden.
Step 12: load the plate.
