French Kelon salad

French Kelon salad

Introduction:

"It's not only a small dish, but also a delicious lunch for white-collar workers. It's nutritious to match meat and vegetables!"

Production steps:

Step 1: peel the garlic, put it in the blender and beat it into mashed garlic. Wash the coriander, cut it into small pieces, and then put it in the blender to make coriander paste.

Step 2: put the butter in a container and heat it in the oven (or microwave) until the butter is completely melted.

Step 3: after the butter is melted, take out the garlic and coriander puree and mix them into the melted butter. Just mix well.

Step 4: cut off the four yellow sides of the French bread (if you can't buy authentic French bread, you can use white bread instead), and then cut a small square with a width of 1cm.

Step 5: put the cut bread into the garlic sauce, and evenly coat it with a layer of sauce.

Step 6: put them into the oven and bake them until golden yellow (the temperature is about 180 degrees, and bake them for about 10 minutes on top and bottom fire). The temperature can be adjusted by themselves due to different ovens.

Step 7: mix the baked bread, lettuce leaves and salad sauce, and then put them into a ball shaped lettuce bowl.
